Hamburg banning capsules from their government buildings, we want to hear what you or your local cafe is doing to promote sustainability in the coffee world.
It is such a sublime experience to take a moment to enjoy a well made coffee in a busy day or to grab that take away coffee that you know will get you through the after lunch slump. As we become more aware of where our beans originate from and how much effort goes into farming them, perhaps we also need to take a moment to wonder how we can make our daily (many times a day) ritual can be a little bit more environmentally friendly. We know that the Green movement can sometimes just be a marketing tool but we're really interested in initiatives that are invested in making a difference.
