Let's talk about DECAF!
Cedar are hosting their next edition of Cedar Chats next Friday with a very special guest Emmanuel Dias from Swiss Water.
Swiss Water is a leading decaffeination company that uses a chemical-free process to remove caffeine from coffee beans. Emmanuel is their VP of Europe, leading the team based in France and will provide us with a wealth of knowledge and experience (15 years to be exact).
Join them for a talk with Emmanuel as well as a cupping of various decaffeinated coffees!
