This week, we present the Noble Blend 2.0 as our 5th coffee in the Discover Great Coffee Club Autumn series. The Noble 2.0 blend is a firm favourite of the previous iterations of this special coffee. With milk chocolate notes, it pairs best with milk and is designed for espresso but holds up delightfully as a filter coffee too. By blending pre-roast with two beans per blend, The Noble team highlight each bean's complexity, resulting in a very satisfying cup.
We are on the road this weekend at the SCASA Nationals and as always we packed our trusty little wacaco mini presso for the trip. On the noble bag it reccommends espresso as the preffered method of brewing, and this coffee did not dissapoint!
We love the detail and thought put into the packaging - very elegant and understated.
The coffee is roasted evenly, the beans are uniform and the roast is a very delicate medium roast.
The minipresso is a wonderful little tool that works like a bicycle pump - you load ground coffee (quite a fine grind for espresso) into the basket, fill up the water reservoir with hot water and then pump the handle to create pressure the forces the water through the coffee and gives you this delightful shot of espresso! Look at that crema!
