This coffee is simply delicious!
Submitted as an Aeropress coffee for S.A AeroPress Challenge, Frederik Dreyer had this to say. “ Grown at 1700 m.a.s.l. in the Cauca region of Colombia it’s a fully washed blend of Tipica and Caturra. A chocolatey aroma with hints of berries hits the nose, The palate greeted us with complex stone fruits with medium malic acidity followed with a creamy chocolatey aftertaste.”
We were lucky enough to take it with us to Jozini Dam this holidays and tried it as an Aeropress and loved its citrus complexity and full bodied flavour. Then we tried it as a cortado and the milk chocolate jumped to the forefront. 97 points out of 100 for this coffee from me (Iain!).
