Dear Heidi
This is kind of a little love letter for opening your post surf spot at your
family's Backpackers on the island that is the Bluff. It is an important part of many people's lives and you have built a community. There is no internet, nor is there cellphone reception. When I enter the leafy, comfortable, personal cafe, I have to forget all about the outside world. I can only focus on the decision to have either the Hangover or Veggie breakfast and whether or not I will have room for one of your freshly baked treats. I can sip on a
Bean Green Bluff Bru coffee and chat to you about your attempts at latte art (normally abstract, clouds or butts). Thank you for always giving my dad hell when he comes to visit. You run a simple, honest, happy establishment and for that, I thank you!
If you want to visit, make sure to go between 7am and 12pm, it's 5 hours a day people, lifestyle business ;)
