The Coffee Magazine spent a very interesting morning with the team from Fairfield Dairy learning more about milk! Marian and Sinjon from Terbodore joined us to carry out some experiments on which milk is best to use for your cappuccinos. Everyone learnt a lot and was highly caffeinated after the making of this video! Thank you so much to Kevin and Beth Lang for hosting us at the Fairfield Innovation Centre.
