1. It is completely acceptable for your customers (male or female) to take off their shirts in the cafe.
2. Business is completely dependent on the condition of the ocean and more specifically, the direction of the wind.
3. And mostly happens before 8am in the morning.
4. Coffee breaks really mean that you are having coffee as a break from being in the ocean.
5. Speedos are normal.
6. Saucers have no place here.
