During our recent travels to WOC Dubai, we were blown away by the innovation and the speed at which the middle east roasteries are taking their coffee products forward. A huge trend at the moment is drip coffee - and we can see why! It is convenient to brew (you just need a kettle and a mug) , it is slim and lightweight for travel and most important of all, it is delicious!
We brought back three coffees, one El; Salvador Finca El Bosque, (a Castillo & Bourbon varietal mix) an Ethiopian Nensbo (Wolisho & Karume varietal mix) and ...a wild co-fermented strawberry Colombian finca El Mirador! Wow!!! These flavours are something else!
