The Orea V3
It is safe to say that the Orea dripper is the most hyped flat bottom dripper. Fast flowing with little stalling issues.
I prefer this brewer for anaerobic, Carbonic Maceration and hyper processed coffees. Think the boozy, winey type of coffees. This dripper brings out the best of these processed coffees.
Recipe
12.5 gr coffee
Medium ground (similar to AeroPress) - 16 to 18 click on Commandante grinder
200ml water, Water temp 93°
Bloom 50ml and wait 45 seconds
2nd pour till 125ml
Start your pour on the outside until 90ml and quickly work your way to the centre pour.
3rd pour, repeat the style of the second pour.
Total brew time 2min - 2min 30seconds
Enjoy a smooth, full bodied flavourful cup of coffee.
