Having had the opportunity to visit the Time Out Market in Dubai, we knew the bar was high for the Cape Town version of this global franchise. So when considering the coffee offering they made an excellent choice in presenting NOSH to the hungry visitors, a trio of amazing coffee companies under one brand and the opportunity to experience each of them in the same, unique place.
At NOSH you can experience Origin Coffee, Tribe Coffee and Truth Coffee. Not too shabby! One of the highlights of visiting Japan was stumbling upon a siphon coffee bar in the middle of a Tokyo train station. It was a joy to watch in action. A performance, but also so normal and carried out with such speed that the busy travellers had time to pick up a delicious specialty siphon in between trains. So imagine our delight when the beautiful siphon set up at NOSH arrived on the scene.
Definitely worth a visit!
