Dylan Shawn is a busy man. He's got his fingers in many pies and the latest delicious morsel is called
Noble Coffee. It's a coffee nook at the entrance to a gallery (
ArtSpace) in an unassuming neighbourhood. The inspiration for the logo and the delightful 'Bobby Cortado' (espresso cut with condensed milk, sublime!!) came from Dyl's Boston Terrier. The sounds of old school vinyl permeate the air and there's also a sneaky little outdoor area with succulents and air plants aplenty to perch upon a
GIH Studio crafted stool and sip on an expertly brewed cup.
We were served a fantastic single origin Tanzanian espresso roasted by
Colombo Coffee & Tea. Dylan gave a brand
new Expobar a facelift to suit the look and feel of this well designed space and attention to detail makes it an interesting and inspiring cafe. As we always say, coffee is about people and Dyl is a wonderful person to sit and have a chat with, so do yourself a favour and go check it out.
HOT TIP: There is secure parking along the railway tracks, so never fear, there is a safe spot for your car while you enjoy your coffee.
We love this AeroPress poster wall!
