We wanted to pay tribute to a young human of the South African coffee community. Sean Brydon tragically passed away last week after a valiant fight against an extremely aggressive cancer.
Sean was one of our early subscribers and made his way into the coffee family at Colombo Coffee. He was eternally positive and brought nothing but joy into the lives of all those he met.
Sean fell in love with coffee and the coffee community. He was involved in so many aspects of it, from Barista and Cup Tasters competitions where he competed, to volunteering at coffee events, running a mobile coffee business and in participating in pretty much every coffee function that we held over the years, before he fell tragically ill.
Right to the very end of his fight, Shaun was positive and outwardly cheerful.
He will be missed. Our love and condolences go out to his family, friends and colleagues in this difficult time.
