The drink is called a Caramel Vanilla Frappe:

Da Vinci Caramel Sauce x 30ml

Da Vinci Vanilla Syrup x 10ml

Da Vinci frappe powder x 30g

Instant coffee x 2 tsp

Milk x 100ml

Ice x 1 cup
