In true David Walstra fashion, the launch of the new Seam Coffee Roastery and the first Loring Coffee Roaster will be an affair to remember! Featuring a full day Roasting Masterclass on Saturday the 4th March and a chance for the public to get involved with all sorts of coffee deliciousness on Sunday 5th March, this is a truly exciting and unique weekend of coffee knowledge waiting for you.
Saturday 4 March is a full day Loring Master Class with International guests, Michael de Renourad and Rob Stein. If you are a coffee roaster or are interested in coffee roasting, this will be a truly valuable experience.
Sunday 5th March will be a really busy, fun day filled with short 10-15 minute talks on all aspects of coffee, with an opportunity to meet Industry leaders, have Q&As about all things coffee and to meet some really interesting coffee people!
There will be cuppings of some really special coffees on the day (If you haven't experienced a coffee cupping, it is a ritual that is truly unique noisy and delicious!)
There will also be a chance to taste some specialty coffee out of capsules, which is a very new and exciting trend, and there will be a variety of food on sale on the day.
