At every National Barista competition around the world, there has to be WCE certified judge that is not from the country where the Nationals are being held.
This year we have the pleasure of hosting Enrico Wurm of LaMarzocco Italy and while he's in town KoldServe have organised 2 days (one in JHB and one in PE) to let the public and baristas engage with his wealth of knowledge.
