Ag, we just love a little community coffee spot!
I was very surprised to learn that Pan Cafe is only a couple of months old, as it already has quite the community following!
On the edge of local Dunvegan park, Peter Pan Park (cute and hence the name!), this little suburban grab and go cafe is already a local favourite.
They keep what they've termed 'Residential Hours' opening during the week super early at 6am and running until 10am, before closing until 2pm for the afternoon shift that lasts until 5pm. And on the weekend, they're open all day!
The coffee in the hopper is The Magnificent Barista Boys Barista Blend and I thoroughly enjoyed my flat white. They are still in growth stages, so my local friends tell me there's always something new popping up. One week it was a soft serve machine for the kiddos (and children at heart!). One week it was a mini oven for fresh pastries. They are certainly making the most of the hole in the wall space they have.
A Sunday morning well spent and lots of great people watching to be had. A local 5km run. Dogs being trained. Kids making friends on the jungle gym. Pretty wholesome stuff.
A wonderful new coffee community in the making.
