This is a milestone competition as it marks the 25th World Barista Championships and the field is incredibly strong. Stevo Kühn has been preparing hard and has thrown everything into this.
He's due to be on stage at 11.46am on Saturday 18th October! This is an estimate but the schedule can be found here and you can watch live there too.
There will also be live espresso data, which is both intimidating and will give competitors a clear idea if they have done what they intended very quickly. As we always say, it all comes down to taste so if you can hit your espresso recipe perfectly on stage, that goes a long way to ensuring the coffee tastes the best it can. Interesting!
