Hoedspruit - Blyde Good Blend
The Blyde Good Blend, is a profile originally developed by x3 SA Barista Champ, Stevo Kühn, and is a best seller in the region. Consisting of Brazil, Rwanda and Tanzania, it carries notes of caramel, hazelnut and milk chocolate. It has a creamy mouthfeel and is versatile enough to be enjoyed across many brewing methods - this is an absolute crowd-pleaser!
We brewed this as an espresso and a cappuccino and really loved both! The espresso had a great body and mouthfeel and was actually quite sweet, but where this blend really shines is in the pairing with perfectly micro-textured milk!
