"Pretty much everyone who walks in here has the same first comment. This place is HUGE!" says Chad Goddard as we walk into the new Cafe, Roastery and Bakery HQ of Father.
We chuckled, because not 30 seconds earlier those exact words had been uttered.
The place is flipping big and there is a lot going on and all of it is exciting. Chad takes us on a tour and we drink a smorgasbord of coffees, one which, to me, had flavour notes of speckled eggs!!
When opportunity knocks, this team certainly knows how to answer! A massive expansion like this has been completely taken in stride. The space is well utilised and was full of coffee lovers. Innovative touches like an app-based ordering system all add to the world-class experience at Father Coffee.
