Drakensburg Chocolate Memories only adds to the splendour. Edi fell in love with a South African girl, Tammy and together they moved to this idyllic part of the world to find the simple life. Champagne Valley was only to happy to welcome him and his chocolate making skills to the community.
Edi is using
Bean Green Coffee Company beans from Durban and is brewing them quite unusually: in a siphon! Oh happy day! The women from three generations of my family shared a scrumptious medium dark chocolate fondue including turkish delight, fresh fruit, marshmallows and pretzels and a fresh pot of Yirga Cheffe.
