According to Chinese Astrology it is the year of the Snake, but we would like to propose something slightly different. Let's make 2013 The Year of the Barista.
Celebrate the skill it takes to make the most of beans that have traveled so far to get to your cup. Appreciate that not just anyone can work magic with those fancy espresso machines. Take the time to learn more and hone your own skills as a Home Barista.
